Micro Machines Settings Format

The options of Micro Machines are stored in SETTINGS.DAT. The file is 32 bytes long. It is read the first time the options screen is shown, and only written back if an option was changed (and only when the game is run from drive C: or later).

UINT16LE smoothness Game steps per displayed frame (1-4, higher is smoother), or 5 for AUTO. 0 is treated as 1.
UINT16LE sound Sound driver: 0 = none (DRIVER0.BIN), 1 = Blaster (DRIVER1.BIN), 2 = Speaker (DRIVER2.BIN)

The joystick thresholds are set with the joystick calibration option. The key sets are changed with the redefine keys option.
