Cover Girl Strip Poker is an adult poker game released in 1991 by Emotional Pictures, which was most likely a pseudonym / subsidiary of InterActive Vision A/S (the "InteractiVision ApS" logo can be found hidden in the font file). It features digitized photos of real models.
